Filipino children remains to be one of the most vulnerable and marginalized sectors of our society with some in deplorable living conditions. The NCCP in its continuous reflection on its programs and ministries deemed it necessary to highlight Children Ministry from its over-all agenda.
Last Oct 22 to 23, 2009, a Consultation was held attended by representatives of NCCP Member Churches working in the area of Children Ministry. The following are the objectives of the consultation:
1. to reflect on the current situation of Filipino children.
2. to share the activities/program of Member Churches regarding children ministries, and
3. to discern relevant responses that NCCP and Member Churches can undertake with regards to Children Ministry Program.
